LTNX (Harbour Management Organisation of Chania) is based at the town of Chania and it's company form is NPDD, of non-profiteering character, aiming at the construction, maintenance and operation of harbour substructures in Chania Prefecture. 25 ports and harbours are under its authority, including the harbours of Souda, Kavonisi in Kisamos, Palaiochora in Chora Sphakion etc.

LTNX employs 14 people and tries to turn the ports of the prefecture (Souda, Kavonisi etc) into modern embarkation, commercial and tourist units, and also to support the local societies by maintaining the smaller harbours and fishing resorts under its responsibility.
